Alpineheart Terms of Service

(Must read before commissioning, those who have not read the t.o.s may get their commission request possibly rejected.)

  • If you’d like to have your commission done privately (no online post, nor used as a public example) please let me know beforehand!

  • All commission options require a reference sheet or detailed description at the very least.

  • Please avoid sending payment through friends and family if you choose to use Paypal, it could get you & my buisness in trouble (no hate to those who’ve done it in the past though).

  • Commissions are non-refundable when the coloring for said commission has been done (lineart stage for non-rendered commissions) unless I become unable to complete your commission.

  • Do not use any of my art for AI/AI training.

  • No NSFW references allowed, SFW only.

  • Hate speech, disrespectful, and disgusting behavior etc. will be blocked on sight, and your commission will be rejected/canceled & refunded depending on if payment has been accepted yet.

  • Be kind and respectful.

  • Do not send me anything NSFW related or you will be blocked (unless by accident).

  • You may use your commission for personal use (I.e profile picture, banner, gallery, etc.) though please do credit me if my art is posted in a public area.

  • I may use your commission as an example possibly in the future unless it is private.

  • Do not use your commission for commercial use; unless agreed upon first.

  • Commissions may take up to 2 weeks to a month or less.

  • A commission may possibly be rejected/canceled if any of these rules are found to be broken.

  • A commission may take longer than usual if I’m working on more than one commission at a time.

I Accept To Draw ✓

  • Most furry species.

  • Most feral species.

  • Simple characters.

  • Complex characters (unless overly complex)

  • Simple mecha.

  • Most objects.

  • Slight blood/gore depending on the circumstance

  • Complex backgrounds (though I may not accept every one).

  • Gradient backgrounds.

  • Abstract backgrounds.

  • Plain backgrounds.

I Don’t Accept To Draw ✗

  • NSFW.

  • Heavy gore.

  • Complex mecha.

  • Reptiles (feel free to ask about this one, I may choose to draw your character depending on their design.)

  • Hate art.

  • Humans/humanoids.

  • Fetish art.

  • Demonic/satanic characters/art.

  • Sorcery (Witchcraft, stuff similar to that matter).

  • Homosexual/pride art (keep in mind I have nothing against homosexual individuals except their sin and don’t mind any of them looking to buy a commission, it’s just that I won’t draw any art that will go against my religion).

  • Other religions.
